North Lincoln Water and Sanitation District is looking to fill the position of district manager/district engineer.

POSITION TITLE: District Manager/District Engineer
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Management Services
- Telephone answering and inquiries on District Operations (as required)
- Communications with Denver Water
- Communications with Metro Water Recovery
- Response to engineering and developer inquiries on utility services
- Attend monthly meetings of the Board of Directors
- Preparation of Board Meeting agenda packet and minutes
- Maintaining files and maps
- Supervising line repairs and maintenance
- Follow-up with Action Items defined at Board Meetings
- Maintain files and records as required by regulatory agencies
Engineering Services
The engineer must be staffed with highly qualified Engineering and AutoCAD staff. The following engineering services will be provided:
- Engineering, design, and construction management reviews required by District Utilities Upgrades and repair for non-developer improvements.
- Engineering review for projects designed by developers to ensure design meets all District Standards.
- Coordination of projects with Denver Water.
- Provide AutoCAD staff to prepare drawings to support engineering design and review.
- Document changes on Record Drawings and maintain up to date system maps.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- Applicable experience in District Management/Engineering
